Asteroid Dodge
GETTING STARTED:
Find a large flat area outside or in a gym or cafeteria.
Mark the corners of the play space with cones.
Use cones to mark a designated "safe zone" on both sides of the playing field.
PLAYING ASTEROID DODGE:
Instructors act as "asteroids," throwing soft foam balls at students trying to cross from one side to the other.
Students must dodge the "asteroids" while running from one side to the safe zone.
Eliminate students who get hit by an "asteroid," but give them a second chance after one round.
Play 3-4 rounds.
