SUPERHERO SUPPLY RESCUE
MISSION BRIEFING:
Heroes, the city needs supplies! Your mission is to work together to safely transport important superhero supplies to Hero Headquarters. This challenge is all about communication, cooperation, and smart movement—not speed or strength.
GETTING STARTED:
Divide students into small hero teams.
Designate a Supply Zone and a Hero HQ Zone using cones or tape.
Place soft items (bean bags, foam balls, scarves) in the Supply Zone.
TEAMWORK CHALLENGE:
Each team must transport superhero supplies from the Supply Zone to Hero HQ.
Rules for Transport (choose 1–2):
Items must be carried between two teammates (elbow-to-elbow or palm-to-palm).
Items may not be carried by hand alone (use forearms, shoulders, or teamwork holds).
If an item drops, the team pauses, resets, and tries again.
Teams may only move one item at a time, encouraging patience and communication.
Instructors circulate, coaching teamwork language and safe movement.
Group Goal Option:
Instead of racing, set a whole-group goal:
“Can we rescue all the supplies together before time runs out?”
Clean Up and Transition:
Once supplies are delivered, use a hero countdown to clean up snacks and materials.
Students sit or line up.
Review expectations and transition into the next activity.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
Cones or floor markers
Bean bags, foam balls, plastic eggs, etc for supplies
