Rabbit Dash

SETUP:

• Mark a medium play space (gym/classroom/outside).

• Place 1 hula hoop on each end line (these are the Rabbit Holes).

• Choose:

  • Rabbits = most kids (wear flag belts)

  • Foxes = 1–3 kids depending on space/age

  • 10 kids: start with 2 foxes (1 fox if space is small)

HOW TO PLAY:

• All Rabbits start in the same Rabbit Hole (one end hoop).

• Foxes start in the middle of the field.

• Instructor says: “Rabbits...GO!”

• Rabbits try to reach the other hoop safely.

  • Rabbits are safe only when they have ONE FOOT inside the hoop.

  • If they step out, they’re back in play.

Tag Rule (How Rabbits get out)

• Foxes tag by pulling a rabbit’s flag (no body contact).

• If a rabbit’s flag is pulled, they are OUT and step to the side
