Paper Airplane Folding
Have students sit at desks with materials ready. Model each step at the front.
Guide students to fold the paper in half lengthwise, then open it.
Demonstrate folding the top two corners to the center line.
Ask students to fold the edges down again to the center for a stronger nose.
Help students fold the paper in half along the center line.
Show how to fold both sides down evenly to create wings.
Give 2–3 minutes for students to decorate their airplanes.
Move to an open space and let students gently test their airplanes.
REFLECTION:
Ask: Which airplane flew the farthest? What can you change to improve it?
